Fix the belt to be connected in the groove (V or O-groove) below the aluminum fixture. Secure the gasket and nut in place. Ensure a spacing of approximately 2 cm between the sides of the plywood for optimal alignment with the thermostat heater.Note: For small diameter PU round belts, position the round belt on the top of the tank for proper alignment. For larger diameter belts, place them inside the groove at the bottom.2. Heating: Heat the fixed belt to the constant temperature (ideal for connection is between 160-180 degrees) ensuring no bubbles form on the belt surface, as this may affect the connection quality. Once heated, securely clamp the fixture to solidify the belt docking.
