The Iron Range IR-6B gas range has six burners topped by heavy-duty cast iron grates measuring 12" x 12" each. Individual control knobs allow the operator to adjust the intensity of the heat. A built-in shelf on the back riser allows small equipment like cheese melters to be used on the range. There is a removable crumb tray under the burners that facilitates cleaning by catching food particles and debris. Operating from 250 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit, the full-size oven is integrated into the base of the unit. Two adjustable racks are included that can hold full-size sheet pans.
