Scotch Electrical Shielding Tape 24 is a 16-mil thick, all metal, open-weave shielding braid tape in a flat, cable like form. It is conformable due the open-weave knit construction using tinned copper wires. Fire resistant and good for indoor and outdoor use.
- Tape with tinned copper conductor construction that is compatible with power cable insulations
- Conforms to inclined or uneven surfaces and porosity allows complete resin saturation when splicing
- Use indoors or outdoors. Not impaired by freezing or overheating conditions up to 266F (130C)
- Oil, corrosion and flame resistant, unaffected by solvents, UV exposure, ozone and moisture
- The tape interlocks with the previous layer, assuring a tighter wrap (no solder bead is required)
- Scotch Electrical Shielding Tape 24 has an indefinite storage life and RoHS 2011/65/EU Compliant
