The Installer will assist in the installation of cabinets, countertops, flooring, plumbing fixtures, and other components of remodeling projects. On-the-job training will be provided to enhance your skills and ensure you are well-prepared to meet our high standards of quality and workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in the installation of kitchen and bathroom components, including cabinets, countertops, flooring, and plumbing fixtures.
– Follow detailed project plans and instructions from project managers and lead carpenters.
– Ensure all installations are completed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
– Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety and efficiency on the job site.
– Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and trade partners to ensure smooth project execution.
– Adhere to all company policies and procedures, maintaining a professional and positive attitude.

Qualifications:
– Some experience in kitchen and bathroom remodeling or a related field.
– Basic knowledge of construction techniques, tools, and materials.
