**Execute Carpentry Activities:**
– Perform carpentry tasks at the highest skill level to ensure top-quality workmanship.

**On-Site Project Management:**
– Manage on-site project activities, including scheduling, budget tracking, and supervising laborers and trade partners.
– Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures to maintain consistency and quality.

Required Skills and Attributes:

– **Exceptional Carpentry Proficiency:**
Exhibit exceptional proficiency in carpentry and a comprehensive understanding of residential remodeling and construction techniques, tools, and materials.

– **Project Management:**
Capable of managing on-site project activities, including scheduling, budget tracking, and supervising laborers and trade partners.

– **Organizational and Management Skills:**
Possess strong organizational and management skills to keep projects on track and ensure all aspects are handled efficiently.
